Canada Post Strike - UPDATE November 27, 2025

The Canada Post strike which started November 15, 2025 has a huge impact on small businesses, including ours. Both parties are no closer to an agreement as of this writing. As a result we are now offering UPS Ground Shipping within Ontario for a flat rate of $40. We realized that this is double the cost of Canada Post shipments, but demand to offer an alternative for the Christmas season has been high. It's not an ideal situation, but at present this is the lowest cost option after a thorough review.

6-month Guarantee Period for Existing Orders

We realize sending your plates to the Kingston MTO Office for approval will also be affected by the strike as they do not allow courier deliveries to a PO Box. As such, for any orders that were placed over the last 6 months, we will pad our guarantee period to compensate for this lost time. The new end date will be 6 months, plus the amount of days the of strike lasts.
