Shipping Adjustments

As the Coronavirus continues to impact all of us, the following changes are being implemented to adapt our small business to this interim reality.

We are open for business, however in order to do our part in containing the spread (ie: social distancing), as well as maintaining the well-being of the operators, we are no longer making physical trips to the local Canada Post outlet for shipments. Instead, orders will be picked up daily by Canada Post, Monday through Friday. The 2-3 day Expedited Parcel delivery standard will start from when Canada Post picks up the parcel from our workshop.

Canada Post Shipping Delays

Please note that Canada Post is experiencing significant delays as it deals with Christmas like volume with limited staff and restrictive operating conditions. Experiencing a 2 to 4 week delay is not uncommon given the current circumstances. You can visit Canada Post's COVID-19 update page for more information.

As usual, once an order is placed you will still receive a Canada Post tracking number within the first 24 hours of order placement.

6-month Guarantee Period

We realize the Kingston MTO Office where plates are approved is closed until further notice. As such, we are padding our guarantee period to compensate for this lost time and making December 31, 2020 the new end date (this will be shown on your guarantee sheet sent with your order). This will allow for almost 9 months of time to have your plates approved.
